50min full body workout. Designed to tone and lengthen your muscles. Class will work all major muscle groups, and will improve flexibility and balance.
What do i bring?
Water, a mat & grippy socks (socks are optional)
WhaT should i wear?
Comfortable workout apparel that allows for free movement.
The Face behind GC Barre
I'm Gia Cavataio. I live in Covington with my husband, Kurt, our two boys, Gabe and Luca and our dog Jack! I started dancing at a very young age. I was a dancer and a cheerleader for almost 20 years. When I stopped dancing, to fill the void I became a certified barre instructor. I taught Barre for 6 years until I had my first son. An amazing opportunity has presented itself with The Collab, and I am ready to teach again! I am now certified in Barreology. When I am not teaching, I am a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. I am excited to share my love of barre with the Northshore! My class is suitable for people of all ages! Your first class is FREE!
Class Schedule
All Classes held at the collab
Class will be held every Tuesday at 5:45pm.
Saturday classes, when available, will be at 8:15AM & 9:15am
*Saturday classes will depend on instructor availability.
